Service Description

Gemma GPS provides precision coordinate capture, conversion, and waypoint navigation tools. Coordinate calculations use the GeographicLib library on the WGS84 ellipsoid. The companion website provides information about the app and an online coordinate converter.

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The operator does not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of coordinate data
• Uninterrupted service or app availability
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• That coordinate conversions are free of error

Do not use this app or service as a sole source of navigation information for safety-of-life applications.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes losses of profits, data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses arising from service access or inability to access.
